Payment & Security

Tinyme uses proven industry-standard SSL data encryption to protect all your credit card and personal information by encrypting every order. SSL 2048-bit Encryption scrambles your credit card details and personal information so that they're unreadable.

PAYMENT

Tinyme welcomes major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Visa Electron debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please note that all credit and debit card orders are encrypted and secure.

The total cost of the items in your order (including postage) will be directly charged to your card at the time of purchase.

Payments are charged in NZD and therefore won’t trigger a foreign currency fee. However, the entity that receives the payments is based internationally and some financial institutions (but not all) will charge a foreign transaction fee. Please check with your financial institution for details.

SECURITY

Your security & privacy is very important to Tinyme. We have taken all the essential measures to ensure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with confidentiality. Any personal details which Tinyme receive from you as a result of an inquiry or order will be kept secure. We do not keep credit card details and we do not share your details with anyone.

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority for Tinyme. We want you to be able to order from tinyme.co.nz with total confidence. We have created a secure transaction environment so when you place orders or access account information it is done so through our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us and ensures that any information arrives privately and unaltered. All credit card details are processed by a secure connection to our server set to 2048 bit encryption technology. For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by a third party payment gateway and therefore Tinyme does not store nor is party to your personal credit card or bank details. Once you place an order with tinyme.co.nz you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order summary, billing details, delivery details and your orders delivery and payment methods. On your credit card statement your order will be listed as Jairus Trust Scoresby AU. Jairus Trust is the parent company of Tinyme. Please note that e-mail correspondence is free format text and cannot be encrypted, therefore it is not a secure means of communication. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to shop online you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. If you have any further questions about our credit card security policies, please send us an email via privacy@tinyme.co.nz.

The end result? When you buy online with Tinyme, you can buy with confidence.

Secure Sockets Layer is the global standard security technology used to securely transmit information between a web server and a web browser. Only applications that use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol know how to give and receive encryption keys with other applications, as well as how to encrypt and decrypt data sent between the two.

Applications that run SSL include web browsers like Internet Explorer and FireFox, and email programs like Outlook and Apple Mail. These programs are automatically able to make SSL connections.
